When Mark decided to create a model, I immediately offered to help in the design. One of the requirements was the ability to exercise realistic.
Given the space available - a 2.5 m long wall to a depth of 25cm - I drew three possible solutions, set in three different periods and places in the USA.

Eventually, after a lot of talk about which was the best, Mark opted to carry a plastic shelf with two floors, connected by small staging yard furniture that allow parceggio and transshipment of trains from one floor to another. The prototype is chosen
ATSF, set in Arizona in the 70s. This will enable you to be able to physically interchange wagons between Mark, the future of plastic C & NW Alex Corsico and my building plastic SP.

The Deck is a A previous design of the track, with some modifications. Deck 2 is a plausible expansion of Deck 1, which still offers Dichroic capability. Both Deck

The theme of the model is of course the exercise realistic with a particular focus on shunting of wagons joined together in various industries, freight, car cards and orders set by the load, which adds that touch of unpredictability, in a small space , to provide different opportunities for play both in solitary up to a maximum of three people.

The beginning

I started effectively with the model trains until summer 2006, that the significant age of 41, enrolling in Italy shivering.
